                                   Climate change is a region of the earth having specified conditions.The average course or condition of the weather at a place usually over a period of years as exhibited by temperature,wind,velocity and precipitation.The prevailing influence or environment conditions.

                                  Climate change exemplifies this conundrum.In many respects,the regulatory market and technological environment for companies to plan their climate change responses is uncertain.In other respects there are clear signals,not least with regard to the over all direction of travel towards cleaner energy and the imperatives of many national policy requirements.What we do know is that waiting for grater clarity from our politicians and policy makers will only mean letting your competitor get ahead of you,if they are not already.
